What documents do I need?

  • Flight/travel itineraries A copy of your flight/travel itineraries indicating your flight details
  • Medical report or discharge summary or doctor's memo Written confirmation from the hospital stating date, cause and nature of injury/illness
  • Original medical bills and other expense receipts

  • Scheduled Flight/Travel Itinerary A copy of your flight/travel itineraries indicating your flight details.
  • Certificate of Insurance Proof of your travel insurance coverage.
  • Flight Delay Report Official airline document confirming the delay, with details and reasons for the delay.

  • Scheduled flight/Travel Itinerary A copy of your flight/travel itineraries indicating your flight details
  • Certificate of Insurance Proof of your travel insurance coverage.
  • Property Irregularity Report (PIR) Report issued by the airline for your delayed baggage.
  • Luggage Delivery Receipt or Letter Confirmation of delayed baggage delivery to the passenger.
  • Proof of Purchase Receipts or invoices for essential clothing and toiletries.

  • Flight/travel itineraries A copy of your flight/travel itineraries indicating your flight details
  • Reason of cancellation Written confirmation of the event that resulted in the trip cancellation. For example, death certificates, medical reports, proof of relationship, travel advisories, etc.
  • Purchase and expense receipts Original receipts paid in advance or incurred from amending or purchasing of additional flight tickets
  • Compensation from other sources Written confirmation from the airline/hotel/travel agency/other service providers indicating the non-refundable amount incurred by you due to the unavoidable cancellation or curtailment of your trip

  • Flight/travel itineraries A copy of your flight/travel itineraries indicating your flight details
  • Property Irregularity Report Written confirmation from the carrier that your luggage was damaged by the carrier
  • Photo of damage Clear photos taken of the damaged items
  • Purchase and expense receipts A copy of the original invoice for the purchase of your items or other expenses necessarily incurred for the replacement of your lost belongings
  • Compensation from the carrier Written confirmation from the carrier that they will not be compensating for the damaged luggage
  • Repair assessment Diagnostic report by the repair centre stating cause and extent of damage, and/or cost of repair
  • Police report You must make a police report if your belongings were stolen, or if you have lost your personal documents or money

  • Flight/travel itineraries A copy of your flight/travel itineraries indicating your flight details
  • Other documents to support your claim
